1. Prepare your PowerPoint presentation

 Prepare your presentation using PPT/PPTX/PDF format instead of PPS/Word. All videos/animations in the presentation must run automatically! We cannot provide support for embedded videos in your presentation; please test your presentation beforehand and ensure that it runs smoothly prior to your paper session.

2. Oral Presentation

Online oral presentations for EEPES 2022 have been allocated 10 minutes of effective presentation time, plus up to 5 minutes given to Q&A. You must prepare your presentation to convey your message in a clear and concise manner strictly adhering to the time limitations. The presentation should include an outline of the key principles, methods and results. More detailed discussions can continue during the breaks.

3. Online Presentation

3.1. Record your own presentation video
We propose to make your presentations in Power Point by recording audio and video, i.e. with visible speaker. The authors should prepare a video presentation up to 12 minutes that will be played on stream with authors participating in the discussion during the session.
Detailed guidelines and requirements are provided in the Recording and Uploading Guidelines.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SAVE OR EXPORT the file as a POWERPOINT SHOW (.ppsx). Please save it as a .mp4 video file only.

3.2.Upload your video no later than 15th of June, 2022
Once you have prepared your video, follow these steps:
       »» Name the file ID###_Video_EEPES2022.
       »» Go to https://wetransfer.com/
       »» Add your file
       »» In the section “Email to” fill: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
       »»  In the section “Your email” enter your email address
       »» In the section “Message” enter the message “ID###_Video Presentation
       »»  Click the button “Transfer

IMPORTANT: The deadline for the submission of the presentation recording is 15th of June, 2022.

3.3. Web-conferencing platform
During the online conference, we will use ZOOM for all conference sessions and meetings. More information about Zoom instruction you can find at: Zoom instructions for online participation

IMPORTANT:

All times are presented in Eastern European Time (EET), so be careful in the recalculation to your national time zone.
Know the session and schedule to which your paper(s) is assigned.
Know the conference room of the session to which your paper is allocated.
Make sure you enter in the Zoom virtual room 10 minutes before the start of your paper session and introduce yourself to the session chair.
