Each accepted paper should have at least one registered participant (on-line or in-person). Please, register through the Registration Form.

Remarks:
- All prices are in Euro.
- Registration fees are for one paper only. A separate registration fee must be paid for each paper.
- Author registration is compulsory for proceedings. In order to be included in the EEPES 2023 conference proceeding, an appropriate author’s registration and payment for each accepted paper must be received by June 15th, 2023. After June 15th, 2023 registration payments will be not included in the conference.
- *PhD students must prove their status.
- The registered onsite participants will receive admission to the welcome cocktail, tea/coffee breaks, gala dinner and conference materials.
- The conference fee does not include:
- Accommodation;
- Visa application fee;
- Transportation fee.
- Multiple authors who are attending the conference must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as accompanying persons
Fill in the Registration Form & Invoice
- Fill the Registration Form (Click form). The registration form will be available on May 1, 2023.
- Participants who need an invoice corresponding to the payment of registration fees must indicate it through the Registration Form. You will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
Pay the Registration Fee by Bank Transfer
Important:
- Payment by wire transfer only. Payment in cash will not be accepted.
- Transfer fees and bank charges are participant‘s engagement. The sender must pay all appropriate wire transfer charges in addition to the registration fees. Bank fees should not be “shared”.
- Make the payment for the registration fee by Bank Transfer, indicating as concept your PaperID and Surname.
- The participants from Bulgaria must pay the registration fee in BGN!
- Please, note that the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you cannot attend the conference or your paper is declined for publication by the Publisher.
- As it is mandatory for EEPES conference, we will implement a strict “No Show No Publication” policy, meaning that accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published afterwards in the conference proceeding.
