Registration Guidelines

In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, EEPES 2027 offers you variety of options to register and to present your work.
Each accepted paper should have at least one registered participant (on-line or in-person). Please, register through the Registration Form.

Early Bird Registration

Additional author registration without presenting a paper


  • Accompanying person fee (including: conference materials, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, daily launch, official dinner): 260 EUR.
  • Extra person attending the Welcome cocktail: 60 EUR.
  • Extra person attending the Official dinner: 100 EUR

Remarks:

  1. All prices are in Euro.
  2. The conference fee for onsite participants includes the opening ceremony and welcome cocktail, full access to all technical (oral and online) sessions, exhibition area, tea/coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner, printed conference program, publication of one paper in conference proceedings and conference kit (conference bag, badge, booklet, pen, and other related objects)
  3. Each additional paper will be charged with 160 EUR.
  4. Each registered participant may not present more than three (3) papers.
  5. Design/format of the article according to the template: 25 EUR
  6. Author registration is compulsory for proceedings. In order to be included in the EEPES 2027 conference proceeding, an appropriate author’s registration and payment for each accepted paper must be received by June 10th, 2027. After June 10th, 2027 registration payments will be not included in the conference.
  7. **IEEE membership proof required.
  8. **PhD students must prove their status. The reduced fee is only applicable if the attendant (presenter) at the conference is a PhD student himself.
  9. ***BSc, MSc and PhD students must prove their status. IEEE membership proof required. To use this reduced registration fee all authors must be BSc, MSc or PhD students and IEEE members.
  10. The conference fee does not include:
    • Accommodation;
    • Visa application fee;
    • Transportation fee.
  11. Multiple authors who are attending the conference must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as accompanying persons.

Fill in the Registration Form & Invoice

  1. Fill the Registration Form (Click form). The registration form will be available on May 1, 2027.
  2. Participants who need an invoice corresponding to the payment of registration fees must indicate it through the Registration Form. You will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

Pay the Registration Fee by Bank Transfer

Important:

  • Payment by wire transfer only. Payment in cash will not be accepted.
  • Transfer fees and bank charges are participant‘s engagement. The sender must pay all appropriate wire transfer charges in addition to the registration fees. Bank fees should not be “shared”.
  • Make the payment for the registration fee by Bank Transfer, indicating as concept your PaperID and Surname.
  • Please, note that the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you cannot attend the conference or your paper is declined for publication by the Publisher.
  • As it is mandatory for EEPES conference, we will implement a strict “No Show No Publication” policy, meaning that accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published afterwards in the conference proceeding.
